Mobile Phones and Driving
December 1st: New laws now outlaw using your mobile phone in your car while driving without a handsfree car kit. You must not hold your phone in your hand while driving. For your driving safety you must only use your mobile phone with a handsfree accessory that allows you to NOT have to hold the mobile phone handset.

In order to avoid driving illegally, and avoid facing fines from £30 to £1000, drivers must either stop using their phone while driving or use a mobile phone acessory hands free unit that allows the driver to talk and drive without having to hold the mobile phone.
The solution is here - you can use Bluetooth technology where it really matters!
Overall, your best options that will save you money in the long run and offer you the best quality, is either the Bluetooth simple carkit, the Bluetooth headset ear-piece or the Bluetooth full-install car kit. It doesn't neccessarily have to cost more than any other car kit of equivalent quality, but it will be far cheaper in the long run, because you can change your phone (to any other Bluetooth handset) whenever you want.
So you can see that to avoid being stopped by the police and given on the spot fines, you need to drive carefully and sensibily, and legally, with your own mobile phone car kit or handsfree accessory.
